What to really look for on a label
A label says more than it seems. Learn to read the information that matters and spot what is usually just marketing.

The label is the most direct way to get to know a product before buying. Knowing where to look helps separate useful information from sales pitch.
Ingredient list
Ingredients usually appear in order of quantity. Clear, familiar names are often preferable to long, obscure lists.
Amounts and serving
Check the amount per serving and how many servings the product offers. This helps compare real price and duration between similar options.
Registration and responsible party
Products that state the manufacturer, technical lead and contact details show more commitment to transparency.
Watch out for visual excess
Generic seals and flashy images do not always match real differences. What is in small print is often more informative.
Reading a label carefully takes a few minutes and avoids decisions based only on packaging. When in doubt, seek professional guidance.
